How good would their English be?
We require each candidate to speak a minimum of 30% English. In our experience employers have usually managed to effectively communicate with their employees. Any problems that you cannot overcome can be dealt with by our office as we provide a full translation service.
How do you know that these people are reliable, honest and trustworthy?
Unlike other agencies, or recruiting through other sources, our experienced European agency does full security and background checks on each individual, guaranteeing you the most reliable, honest and trustworthy employees.

How long would I need to employ people for?
As their employer this is entirely up to you. We can supply you with both seasonal and permanent employees.
How quickly can you supply staff?
Our offices in Europe have an excellent reputation within their country, so are able to supply high-quality staff. Normally we would expect to find you a suitable employee within 1 week.
Do I have to sign a contract with you?
Other agencies may ask you to complete a labour supply contract with a hefty release fee. We don’t. We are an introductory agency and charge you only when you are entirely satisfied with the employee we have supplied to you.
Our rates vary on the amount of staff you are looking to recruit, but as part of our fee we will:- Take care of all employees travel arrangements
- Help employees open a bank accounts
- Offer employers an initial translation service, if required
- Assist in applying for a National Insurance Number
- Register each candidate onto the Home Office Workers Registration Scheme
- Offer a 24 hr service to employees and clients in case of an emergency
